Family Companion

Whether the loss of your companion pet happened suddenly, was expected or you faced the agonising decision of having your pet peacefully put to sleep, the feeling of that loss is both very distressing and traumatic.  It is only natural that you will experience a whole range of feelings, sadness, anger, emptiness, loneliness, guilt and many other emotions associated with the loss of your family pet.

There may well be a lot of thoughts going through your mind regarding your loss. More often than not this will take the focus off the logical and practical issues and decisions that need to be made at this sad time. This is where our staff are trained to help and support you, providing information and clearly explaining the options that are available regarding our products and services.

Based on our own experiences, we fully understand that over the years you will have formed a strong human to companion animal bond with your pet. The team at NDPC can help you come to terms with the sad loss of your beloved pet and in doing so you will be treated without judgement in a caring, compassionate and supportive manner.

NDPC understand that placing your pet in our care is an act of trust, this we take very seriously and we stringently adhere to the APPCC code of conduct.  We would strongly advise that you ensure your vet uses an  Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematorium approved member.

You will find information of our range of products & services and other key areas providing information and facts that may be of interest.  We hope you find your visit here helpful and informative and please remember that we are here to help you, in facing the sad loss of your companion animal.
