Just to say thankyou for all your help, kindness and consideration last Saturday on out loss of ‘GROMIT’, we had no idea what to expect and were both completely devastated, but your kind words and professionalism helped enormously. Then when we came to collect his ashes, the way you had everything so beautifully arranged was a marvelous and very touching tribute to our much loved and very missed pet. Thank you once again.

Its a heartbreaking time at home at the moment as you can imagine, the place seems empty and that is very hard to deal with, but the care you showed helped more than words can say, knowing Candy was cared for with dignity and respect in her very last moments. Thank you so much for the beautiful and professional way that you dealt with Kim’s passing! Ron told me how lovely everything was laid out when he called to collect her ashes. I’m only sorry that I couldn’t have seen it myself. The finishing touches make all the difference, especially the touching poem.
